Privacy Policy

This policy covers FormulaHub (a LYNKX LLC venture; in India, Formula Hub Pvt Ltd for UPI and GST). It applies to formulahub.ai, automation briefs, FormulaHub Studio inquiries, The Product Lab (idea score, Idea Blueprint, Launch Sprint, Lab Room), contact forms, talent applications at /join, and related payments.

What we collect

Contact, briefs, and Lab forms: name, email, company, idea text, sprint intake details, automation A-to-B descriptions, and any notes you send to support@formulahub.ai.
Talent applications: name, email, location, skills, portfolio links, availability, and optional rate notes.
Payments: payment status from Stripe and/or Razorpay. We never see or store full card or UPI credentials.
Product analytics: page views and funnel events for Lab and hire-us flows, after you grant analytics consent where prompted.

How we use data

We use submitted ideas, briefs, and intake data to score ideas, deliver Blueprints, scope automations, run Launch Sprints, and reply to demos or support. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

USD payments are processed by LYNKX LLC via Stripe. INR payments may be processed by Formula Hub Pvt Ltd via Razorpay. Card statements for USD show LYNKX LLC with a FORMULAHUB reference when applicable.

Retention and deletion

Lab submissions, briefs, and contact records are kept as needed to deliver the service and meet legal or accounting requirements. Email support@formulahub.ai to request deletion where feasible.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting, storage, email, and payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay).
