What you’re buying
Studio Packs (AI Photo Studio, ProductShots AI): six AI-generated high-resolution images made from photos you upload. Idea Blueprint ($99): an instant, automatically generated product report for the idea you submit, followed by a human-refined plan within 5 business days; the $99 is credited toward a build if you proceed with us.
A Studio Pack purchase buys one AI-generated pack: six high-resolution AI portraits in your chosen style, generated from your uploaded reference photos. This is a digital, AI-generated product: not a real photography session, and results are not photographs of real events.
Who you buy from
USD purchases are processed by Lynkx LLC, the merchant of record for FormulaHub payments; card statements show LYNKX LLC with a FORMULAHUB reference, and payment is handled by Stripe. In India, Kala and INR payments are operated by Formula Hub Private Limited, with payment handled by Razorpay. Prices are always shown before checkout.
Results vary
AI-generated imagery can contain inaccuracies and artefacts, and likeness quality varies with the reference photos provided. We aim to preserve your recognizable identity; if a paid pack materially fails to look like you, you get one complimentary regeneration (see Refund Policy).
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right and permission to use every photo you upload.
- Photos must show you, or a person who has given you their permission. Photos of minors require a parent or legal guardian’s authorization.
- You may not use the service to impersonate, defraud, harass, or create sexualized or misleading imagery of any person.
Licence
Portrait packs (AI Photo Studio) come with a personal-use licence. Product packs (ProductShots AI) come with a commercial-use licence for your own listings, ads and social posts. You own your uploaded photos; you grant us only the processing rights needed to generate your images.
Acceptable use and safety
We refuse or cancel generations that violate our AI Image Policy, and accounts abusing free previews or safety systems may be limited.
