Terms of Service
These terms cover purchases and paid offers on formulahub.ai operated by FormulaHub (LYNKX LLC worldwide; Formula Hub Pvt Ltd for Indian UPI and GST where applicable).
Who you buy from
USD purchases are processed by LYNKX LLC, the merchant of record for FormulaHub payments; card statements show LYNKX LLC with a FORMULAHUB reference, and payment is handled by Stripe. INR payments may be operated by Formula Hub Pvt Ltd and handled by Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout.
Automation brief
Submitting an automation brief is free. We reply within one business day with a scope and a price range. A brief does not create a paid engagement until you accept a quote or unlock a Blueprint or Launch Sprint.
Idea Blueprint ($99)
The Idea Blueprint is an automatically generated product report for the idea you submit, followed by a human-refined plan within 5 business days when applicable. The $99 is credited toward a Launch Sprint if you proceed with us. Delivery starts after you complete the idea score and unlock flow.
Launch Sprint (from $2,999)
Launch Sprint is a scoped V1 build for apps and data automations. The Lab locks scope with you before build. It is not unlimited scope. Intake starts on the Sprint page. Pricing starts at $2,999 as shown on the site; final quote may depend on the locked V1.
Scale Partner ($499/mo)
Where offered, Scale Partner is a monthly hosting and ops arrangement at $499/mo as shown on The Product Lab materials. You keep your own Stripe or Razorpay account for customer revenue when that is part of the arrangement. Cancel anytime as agreed in writing with FormulaHub.
FormulaHub Studio licenses
FormulaHub Studio is installed on your machine, network, or cloud account. A 30-day free trial is available. After the trial, a paid license is required. License pricing is agreed in writing and is not published as a self-serve cart price on this site. Your warehouse and cloud infrastructure costs stay on your accounts.
Your responsibilities
- Lab submissions and automation briefs must describe work you are authorized to discuss with FormulaHub.
- You are responsible for credentials and access you share for sources and destinations we connect on your behalf.
- You may not use FormulaHub services to break the law, abuse systems, or misrepresent who you are.
