If generation fails after payment

You are never charged twice. If your payment succeeds but generation fails, your order stays unlocked and we automatically retry. If we ultimately cannot deliver your pack, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

If the pack doesn’t look like you

Report it with the “Doesn’t look like me” button on your pack. Every paid pack includes one complimentary regeneration for a materially poor identity match. If the regenerated pack is still materially poor, contact support for a refund review.

Idea Blueprints

The $99 Blueprint is generated and delivered instantly. If our analysis genuinely cannot blueprint your idea (for example, the submission is not a workable business idea), we refund it in full. Because the report is delivered immediately, Blueprints for workable ideas are otherwise not refundable, and the amount is credited toward your build if you continue with us.

Launch Sprint

Launch Sprint starts at $2,999. The Lab locks a V1 scope with you before build. It is not unlimited scope and not an open-ended agency retainer. If we cannot agree a first version that fits the Sprint, we refund before build work starts. Once V1 is agreed and build has begun, Sprint fees are otherwise not refundable for change-of-mind or scope expansion beyond the locked V1. Write to support@formulahub.ai with your intake ID for any dispute review. Statutory rights are unaffected.

What isn’t refundable

Because packs are generated on demand at real compute cost, delivered packs that match your references and chosen style are not refundable for taste or style preference. Try the free preview first to judge quality. Statutory rights under Indian consumer law are unaffected.

Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
