Refund Policy
This policy covers paid offers on formulahub.ai. Refunds, when approved, go back to the original payment method through Stripe or Razorpay, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Idea Blueprint ($99)
The Blueprint is generated and delivered instantly. If our analysis genuinely cannot blueprint your idea (for example, the submission is not a workable business idea), we refund it in full. Because the report is delivered immediately, Blueprints for workable ideas are otherwise not refundable, and the amount is credited toward Launch Sprint if you continue with us.
Launch Sprint (from $2,999)
Launch Sprint starts at $2,999. The Lab locks a V1 scope with you before build. If we cannot agree a first version that fits the Sprint, we refund before build work starts. Once V1 is agreed and build has begun, Sprint fees are otherwise not refundable for change-of-mind or scope expansion beyond the locked V1. Write to support@formulahub.ai with your intake ID for any dispute review.
Scale Partner and FormulaHub Studio licenses
Monthly Scale Partner ($499/mo where sold) and FormulaHub Studio license fees are handled as agreed in writing for that engagement. Unused prepaid periods may be refunded only if explicitly stated in that agreement.
Automation brief
Submitting a free automation brief does not create a charge. Paid work that follows a brief is covered by the Blueprint or Launch Sprint rules above, or by a written quote we send you.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe (USD / LYNKX LLC) or Razorpay (INR / Formula Hub Pvt Ltd), typically within 5 to 10 business days. Statutory rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
